Return Policy:

  • Returns are only accepted if there is a defect or issue with the product caused by us. In all other cases, returns will not be possible
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp.We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Exchange Policy:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • If you wish to exchange a product, please send it back to us via any courier service. Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it, and if everything is in order, we will process and dispatch the Replacement 
  • The item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, you may choose to receive a refund or select an alternative item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including items with defects caused by the customer.

Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
